1. While working for DirectV I am trusted to take care of most commercial and VIP cliental. As an Installation Technician I am responsible for taking care of all of the customers television needs. I was recently dispatched to Robert Redfords personal residence for an installation. He was so satisfied with the personal service I gave to him, he took the time to compose an email to the office of the president for DirectV thanking me for my service.
2. 6 years ago I worked for Home Depot Installation Services Roofing Division. I was recruited from my own roofing business of 5 years to restore and rebuild the roofing division. I was personally responsible for the increase of roofing sales by 38% in 2005. The 38% was a larger jump in sales than any other installation service offered by Home Depot.
3. In 2004 I was contacted by a frantic home owner that bought a house from me that I built from the ground up as a general contractor. The home owner stated that his basement had 6 inches of water throughout the entire basement. I immediately called the plumber and had him meet at the site. Within a matter of thirty minutes we had the problem diagnosed and one hour later the problem was fixed for good. As the builder I incurred all expenses and solved this homeowners very stressful moment with ease.
